Success Recruit is a boutique consultancy with 12 years of successful team building behind us. Contrary to other recruiters, our goal at Success Recruit is to promote longevity within businesses. When conversing with candidates it is our duty to DIG DEEPER and discover what each individual requires to feel fulfilled & happy long-term in their career. It is equally important that we understand the intricacies of the businesses / teams we work with, GETTING TO THE ROOT of their staffing requirements.

How we do things differently:

• WE ARE A NON-COMISSION TEAM – Following a non-commission culture, we have fostered a caring & collaborative environment, where all wins are celebrated equally. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• WE SEEK LONGEVITY – Our job is so much more than “filling a seat.” Understanding we spend half our lives at work, we are PASSIONATE about placing candidates in careers where they can feel satisfied for years to come! We are NOT seeking a short-term fix, we are building long-lasting teams.
• WE WORK WITH A SELECT CLIENT BASE – Relationships are extremely important to us (both on the client and candidate side). Candidate’s trust us to place them in positive work environments, and because of this, we will ONLY work with a client if we truly believe in their company culture, their ability to care for employees, and act with professionalism & honesty.

Another interesting fact about Success Recruit, and what significantly sets us apart from others, is the almost accidental way in which our team came to be!
