Our belief that well-being should be at the centre of not just Success Recruit but any business allows us to understand that positivity promotes productivity and as we continue on this unknown journey, mindfulness in the workplace alongside our everyday life will be more important than ever.
Launching ‘Growing Pains’ is a new chapter for Success Recruit and open to any like minded businesses across the UK. During our lives, we will have experienced growing pains from childhood to adulthood and more than likely will again during this extraordinary time. Understanding that any career change can be very stressful for not just you as an individual but also those around you, we would like to help and offer our support on your journey.
This Thursday 23rd April 2020 at 8.15pm allowing time for all to salute our amazing NHS, we will be launching our online mindfulness coaching course with Jodie Burdett. What better way to learn a new skill, exploring different ways to emerge both physically and mentally stronger during this unprecedented time.
Myself and the team at Success Recruit along with some of our clients, have been coached by Jodie for some time now and clearly benefited from the teachings of control, focus and how to balance your mind.
A corporate solicitor in London for many years before training as a well-being coach and yoga teacher, Jodie understands only too well the fast paced life most of us have. Her career transition was a life choice following her own challenging time, a cancer diagnosis and years of treatment to follow. With the need to become adaptable and resilient to her personal situation, Jodie found and developed a new life skill in mindfulness practice learning and growing throughout the process.
The sessions ahead will cover an introduction to mindfulness providing tools to help you in everyday life and work, with future courses including personal branding and how we perceive ourselves, in turn determining how we present ourselves to the world.
