Love was in the air!
To make our ‘Valentine – Sharing the Love’ story complete, we wanted to share with you the heart-warming end….
Joan and Ron are the only married couple residents at Windle Court and due to Covid have not been together for the last year. We have been allowed to share this special moment with you on their reunion, with Joan now joining her Husband Ron at the care home, on the day we delivered a cream tea to every resident letting them know they are thought and cared about.
We truly did, along with Rose and Bumble, a local bakery and Tiptree Jams, take our love to those who maybe finding life a little different right now.
Difficult times has of course restricted events that can help those in care homes with interaction being key to wellbeing. Success Recruit are committed to doing more and if you can help in any way, we are looking to supply activities that can make a difference, from colouring pencils, to crossword books – please contact us if you or anyone you may know could help bring a smile to Joan, Ron and others!
