It doesn’t seem like 5 minutes ago sometimes that I walked through the door on my first day and met Vicki and the team at Success Recruit!
4 years on I now have become a highly valued team member where my personal growth and development has increased my confidence. I started a trainee and now lead the resourcing team ensuring only the highest quality of candidates are sent to our clients. I love the passion we all have here for delivering customer service excellence and as a team we have input ideas on ways to build the business to all be included in the success of, success recruit!
I can’t stress enough, if you love your job then you will excel in all areas of life! After all I spend more time with my work family than my own really! I truly am inspired by the 5 people around me in the team! I am very fortunate to lead such a great team and look forward to the next 4 years developing!
