Celebrating 10 years of business
Aged 19, I lived in Mexico for 2 years enjoying life experiences and on my return started a career in recruitment. I understood even then that personalities attract, the ability to listen as well as converse at every level would be key to being successful. My first manager was 30 and female, uncommon at that time but knew I wanted to be like her… during mid recession in 2012 Success Recruit was born!
Maybe naïve to think just because I knew how to recruit well I could run a business but with a determined attitude, a belief in myself and never much liking the words ‘give up’ has seen me through the 10 years since starting Success Recruit and feel the journey has only just begun.
An inspiration to be different and make changes to an industry not always looked at favorably was the mission. Eliminating pressures of commission and competitiveness encouraged team work, the freedom to support every opportunity equally and as importantly, harmony and a desire for everyone to work together and win together.
A shared passion to get the right results, confidence in only representing truly suitable candidates, delivering quality led processes from a team who thrive on shared success has allowed us to grow successfully and professionally with a unique approach.
Proud to work with some of the best employee led businesses in and around Essex, gives us a great platform when introducing ourselves to job seekers. The confidence to be selective whilst our experience in recognising serious job seekers is demonstrated throughout our valued relationships.
So 10 years on…. the photo in this blog is representative of just one of the many great businesses we have helped grow a sustainable team, supporting their growth journey as well as ours. I cannot emphasise enough the pride felt seeing these people in the room. Listening to their individual employee journey, promotions and development was clearly key to each story. When you hear how a marketing team has grown from 1 to 8 with our support is perfect to hear and be a part of.
Our story continues, we are excited for the next chapter and opportunities to come.
