Introducing Cameron… 

I am delighted to join the team at Success Recruit as the company’s first Strategic Recruitment Partnership Manager.

Since being introduced to Vicki and the team a few years ago, I have built a lot of respect for the business and followed their journey fondly. It’s been great to see the company grow and mature over the last few years from an external perspective and after speaking with Vicki about her plans and ambitions to build even further, it was an easy decision for me to jump on board.

It is unique to find a recruitment company who really value their clients and candidates as people, understanding how big an impact someone’s job has on their whole life – Success Recruit has always stood out to me for that reason.  Having been both a candidate and a client throughout knowing Success Recruit, I have experienced the full recruitment journey reflecting a positive, thorough and honest experience.  Especially in these hard times for most businesses and the recruitment industry specifically,  I have been impressed how Success Recruit have stuck to who they are and the values they stand by.

Working in recruitment for over six years within a variety of different sectors and industries,  I have been on both sides of the fence working agency side for Randstad and then moving internally to create and deliver the global recruitment strategy for Captify.  I have been lucky to work for some fantastic companies and grateful for the successes and opportunities along the way, working with hugely talented individuals and teams.

I love recruitment!   Speaking with candidates and seeing their careers flourish whilst also supporting clients and seeing their businesses develop with those candidates is my motivation –  I always try to stay in touch so I can follow their journeys.

Some may say it’s mad to be thinking about growing a business during a pandemic but the ambition of the company, my own ambition and the talent in the company,  gives us all confidence that there is an opportunity to do something special here. I am mostly looking forward to working with Holly (the office dog and officially the cutest member of the team) but secondly, I am very excited to use my experience to help develop and grow Success Recruit.
