“Fusion Project Management Ltd was formed in 2007. We are a firm of construction project managers and quantity surveyors, working on primarily public sector projects. Our principle office is in Chelmsford, Essex. One of our founding philosophies was to recruit people to Fusion who shared our core principles of providing a bespoke and personable service. Our philosophy has in the main been to employ the correct person for the role, rather than the correct qualifications when building the team. In this way, we can train, provide sponsored qualifications, and grow our own people, to work in the way that we work.
Our relationship with Success Recruit and all the team is central to our success and central to our philosophy. We source all our new staff in the main from SR, since working with them since 2012 we have sourced over 10 new members of staff with a number of them progressing up to an associate director level in the business showing long term commitment.
