A like-minded business supporting core values, we have supported them with multiple temporary and permanent vacancies predominately helping them build their senior management team.

I believe one of the main reasons for this ability to find quality candidates is due to the time the team at Success Recruit took to understand our business. We’re a manufacturer of blinds, screening and shading products and so we have a variety of people with a range of skillsets working in very different roles, either in the factory or the office.
Our needs and demands can almost seem as though we’re trying to find a needle in a haystack, but I don’t think Vicki & the team struggled one bit. So, it was no surprise that we bought Vicki and her team in to help us recruit for three key management positions during our ambitious plans for rapid growth in 2017.
They helped us find our HR Manager, Finance Manager and our Production Manager, which allowed us to relieve pressure on our existing managing team to allow them to focus on the task of growing the business, whilst allowing other parts of the company to flourish with renewed leadership.
Since all three were appointed I’m delighted to say they are all flourishing within their roles and continue to add value to daily life at Yewdale now writing this in 2020, which is really exciting. Using the skillsets and abilities of our expanded team we were able to implement a number of projects that helped us on our journey of growth, including:
· bringing payroll in-house, giving us greater control and flexibility of this process,
· introducing a new interview technique, Top Grading, which has seen our recruitment success rate increase from 30% to 85%
· improved efficiencies across all areas of production, resulting in improved OTIFs, alongside a reduction in customer complaints
· improved production scheduling, enabling quicker lead times, which in turn, assists in maintaining customer relationships, and developing new ones.
Success Recruit has supported us with a further three operational positions as well, all appointed in 2016, covering a Graphic Designer, Accounts Assistant and Customer Service Executive role and it has been amazing seeing how each person has flourished in their positions. It’s clear that Success Recruit demonstrate care and passion throughout the team and are dedicated to building teams and placing people in long term positions within the business, which has been clearly demonstrated with all six appointed people at Yewdale.”
